On Target Enterprises and NSA

Efforts are currently underway to demonstrate broadband monitoring of NVIS (Near Vertical Incidence Skywave) reception.  The NSA NVIS antenna, located at the On Target Enterprises far field range, collects signals and displays the real-time results on a web based interface that can be accessed via Internet Explorer.
